Your job: Partner Success Consultant CYS, Breda.

As a Partner Success Consultant, you will have a pivotal role in the growth and success of our partner network. You will work in a commercially driven, international environment where English is the spoken and written language. You will recruit and connect partners in target markets and enroll them in the CYS partner program. Once started, you will support, motivate and monitor our partners in becoming as successful in selling the CYS platform as we are. 

Together with our new partners, you will analyze where their needs lie, guide them with setting up our platform and integrations for their clients. The aim is to ensure that partners sell the CYS platform, and you monitor and discuss their performance, always trying to encourage them to sell more.

You will pick up complex customer questions that must be solved together with the partner. The aim is always to create a situation in which the partner knows how to solve this problem individually next time. In this you bear the responsibility of creating knowledgeable, independent, successful partners.

What is required?

  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience with connecting and onboarding partners or customers
  • Experience with SaaS or Cloud solutions 
  • Smooth networker, smart thinker
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic scale up environment
  • Producing a world class partner experience
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing customer and employee feedback
