Your job: Customer Success consultant CYS, Breda.
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will enable clients to realize their goals by fully utilizing the capacity of our platform. As every person has a different learning curve, you will first get acquainted with all stakeholders and establish a deep understanding of their objectives and projects. In short, you are the missing link between our customers and their future achievements!
Together with our new clients, you will analyze where their needs lie, guide them with setting up our platform and integrations. The aim is to ensure that customers make optimal use of our platform independently.
You also pick up complex customer questions from existing customers. You will work on these in a team, in consultation with first & second line support and potential partners with specific knowledge. In this you will be responsible for finding a successful solution to the question.
In this role you work together with clients from different countries, with different wishes and requirements. You are the pivot between the customer and support department within CYS.
