Your job: Support Representative (Second Line) at CYS, Breda.
CYS is a fast growing company, where you work with customers and colleagues from different countries. In this challenging position you are consulted by customers, colleagues and partners on technical or complex issues regarding our software. The main subjects will relate to data management, integrations and implementations.
In your role as IT consutant, you see all the possibilities that our software provides and you are able to translate your insights into the best solution for every situation. Your colleagues and partners have extensive knowledge of the software themselves, so they only come to you with their most difficult questions. Together with your team, you will provide them with the best solutions so customers can use the CYS software to its full advantage.
